Heat press was added as a way to cater to customers with smaller orders and to do names and numbers on shirts. Heat press is a very different process from Screen printing or embroidery in that your cutting something in to a roll of material, then getting rid of waste, then with heat and pressure applying it to the garment. We can do a variety of cool things with the heat press material. Anything from putting names on your school shirt to putting a design in glitter or zebra print on your garment. With such a wide range of things to do it never hurts to ask us!
Embroidery was added pretty early on here at Nite Owl. Embroidery defined is "the handicraft of decorating fabric or other materials with needle and thread or yarn."
We can sew on a lot of different materials.
Embroidery is a great way to make your business look more professional or just give your golf outing some fun hats or towels. Just email us and we'll see what we can sew out for you!
Screening printing is where we got our start. Throughout the years much has changed here at Nite Owl but the majority of our business still revolves around screen printing custom garments for our customers. In its simplest definition screen printing something is to "force ink or metal onto (a surface) through a prepared screen of fine material so as to create a picture or pattern" Our minimum order on all screen printed orders is 24 pieces. If you'd like to see some examples of our screen printing be sure to check out our Facebook.
