Do you have minimum quantities for orders?

12 is the minimum count for any screen print order. For print orders involving complex printing (4 or more colors of ink) we recommend quantities of at least 50. Vinyl and Embroidery orders can be quantities as small as only one piece.

Do you offer shipping or delivery?

Yes. Shipping is not something we include in regular pricing, but it is certainly available. We use UPS, FedEx or USPS, whichever is the most practical for the shipment. Charges are passed on to the customer along with a small processing fee. Arrangements for local delivery can made for an additional fee. There is no charge for customer pick-up made during regular business hours.

How do I take care of my screen-printed goods?

The worst enemy of the screen print (or heat-pressed vinyl) is liquid fabric softener. If fabric softener must be used, dryer sheets are the better option – if fabric softener can be avoided all together, it is better for the garments. Line drying or drying with cooler temperatures can also help.

How long will it take to get my order?

Production runs typically take 10-14 days. In some circumstances, rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

Can my logo be printed on multiple colors of shirts?

The easy answer is yes. The complicated answer is yes, but… for example, if a logo is to be printed in a dark color, say black, it can be printed on any light-colored shirt. The colors of shirts can be mixed. Yet, by the same example, if a logo is printed with white ink, it can be applied to any dark color. However, white ink does not necessarily work on lighter shades. For lighter-colored shirts, it would be better to select an appropriate dark shade of ink (i.e. black, blue, purple, etc.). Making that change might be as easy as cleaning a screen and changing ink. Yet, this takes extra time and additional charges will be assessed. For a more complex print, changing from dark ink to a lighter shade might require an additional set of screens. When that happens, even more costs are incurred. Each order is different. We are happy to explain the whole process to any customer where these types of changes present an issue.

What payment options do you have?

We accept cash, credit (or debit) cards, or PayPal. Checks are accepted on a pre-approved basis only.
